Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Perched atop the hill, this stunning 3 bd/ 2.5 bath brick home takes full advantage of the spectacular views! Situated on 6 acres & located only 4 miles North of Fredericksburg. The 2 story home offers great upper & lower porch that spans the entire front of the home with million dollar views. Inside you will find a tastefully updated Kitchen, big rock fireplace, Bonus room which could be a 4th bedroom or office & formal dining.

This property is set ontop of a hill, about 4 miles north of Fredericksburg. The hill leading up to the home is a bit rocky, it is probably best smaller cars do not try to go up, however it can be done.

Guests are welcome to walk around and enjoy the beautful 6 acres this property has to offer, however please keep in mind it is a rural location which is subject to wildlife such as snakes, scorpions, mice, etc.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

This place was a great house and I would stay here again!Pros- The view is STUNNING! It is truly breathtaking from the back yard! Kitchen is welcoming and large- we cooked for 7 people with no issues. Location is great- only 10 minutes from historic town. Also the living room is HUGE and can all be in the same room together. Extrat towels and bedding in bathrooms which is helpful.Cons (minor in total): Oven is a bit out of date and no toaster to use as a backup. Only two showers in the place and not strong pressure. Wish there would be a third one on the first floor. Lastly, the backyard is covered in burs. We removed burs from our dog literally every day sometimes more than that so just be careful if you bring a dog with you. Maybe bring ointment for them for when they step on burs. That said- I truly loved this house and would stay here again- that view is killer!
