The house is absolutely darling. Exactly as pictured! So much to do in the house. We enjoyed the karaoke machine, the ping pong table and the hot tub! The home was well stocked with blankets, towels and throws. We were not lacking for anything! The host was readily available for any questions. I definitely recommend staying here.

While we weren’t there long, the house was great. The backyard & hot tub were great-would have loved more time to enjoy. The karaoke room is fun too! Very easy entry. Really appreciated an 11am check-out as well. Great place for families or a group of women!

We had a wonderful stay at Memories on Mulberry!!! The house had everything we needed, very clean and beautifully decorated!!! They paid attention to detail and I was very impressed that we had paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, plenty of towels, dishes, soap and laundry detergent. The beds were comfy and it was great to have nightstands beside the beds with conveniently placed chargers. The fire pit, chairs, hot tub and mancave were a definite bonus as well!!! It was right in the heart of things but in such a quiet neighborhood. I would soooo stay there again!!! It was also very wheelchair accessible. Thank you Joe and Max!!!

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were friendly and prompt about answering any questions we had. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The game room was lots of fun. The hot tub looked very nice. We didn’t use it because it’s the middle of the summer and quite hot. We hope to come back in the fall and check it out! It’s a lovely place to stay!

Felt like home.

Our family was looking for an affordable home during a softball tournament where we could rest and get some good sleep. The gameroom offered the perfect space for the kids to not be bored and the hot tub soothed away sore muscles so she was ready for the next day.House was set up with everything we needed to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt like a local. Close to shopping and restaurants - perfect for a family. The host checked in on us and I would book again if we come back to Fredericksburg. Thank you for a nice stay!

Fantastic Family Fun

Everything about this beautiful property was perfect. We loved the private hot tub and game room. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and adorably decorated. What a great location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Thanks for a wonderful place to relax in charming Fredericksburg. We will definitely be back.

Pretty good..

The house was clean and nice and the location was good. One of the main reasons for getting this house was that it had a jacuzzi. After long days at the wineries we wanted to relax in the hot tub but the chlorine was way to strong that it even burned our eyes. So we had to get out after just 5 min in. This is the only complaint I have about this house. Other than that we were happy with the house.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the Mulberry house with friends.The house was a prefect getaway for exploring wineries and downtown Fredericksburg. The hot tub was extremely relaxing. We loved the game room too. The grill worked well, house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend and plan to try and get house again on our next trip.

Girls’ trip

This house was perfect for our annual girls’ trip. Spacious, we enjoyed the hot tub and close to downtown and wineries. Host very quick to respond to very minor issues and get them resolved. Definitely recommend!
