Very conveniently located hotel close to the downtown Fredericksburg area. The beds are really comfortable, but that’s about all I can say about the room. Definitely needs updating and a thorough cleaning. The staff are wonderful… Very friendly and very helpful.

The inn, is an older motel that is right off ithe heart of Main Street. Convenient to walk to everything on Main but not worth the price in my opinion. The room was dated and there was an area by the bathroom door frame that looked a little moldy. As one sensitive to mold, I coughed quite a bit while in the room. The beds were nice enough and linens ok. Thin walls and you know when the guests above you are there or get up during the night but you find that in older motels. If more than a one night stay, I would have left and relocated. Staff was nice upon arrival.

Woke up sweating several times throughout the night. Turned temp on air conditioner all the way down and it didn’t help. Got up to shower and no hot water. Wasn’t able to take a shower before day two of a long motorcycle trip. Told the front desk and they just said one of the boilers is out. Zero apology or attempt to allow us to shower in another room, credit or anything. Very disappointing

The pool area was the highlight of the property. The hot tub, pool slide and gazebo with TV were fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near Main street, so you can walk to many establishments.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The full breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options for every one. The room was acceptable as we were staying only one night. The air conditioner didn’t work very well but it was a cooler day/night. Pricing and location were perfect!

Not overly impressed - had booked a “poolside” suite, couldn’t even see the pool from our room. Courtyard is very large - 3 buildings in an L shape. Our room was on the back corner of the 3 rd building. 100 yards+ from the pool area. And also 2nd floor!! No elevators!!!! Large rusty staircases with 3 large bags wasn’t easy…. Room was decent - although we were greeted by a large grasshopper in our bathroom, they’re everywhere on the grounds so I understand how it may have snuck in. At night many lights on upper walkways not working, grounds definitely need some upkeep! Would not return

Poor choice

We booked an accessible room w. 2 double beds. After we got comfortable we noticed the blinds were broken. Tried to call the front desk 3x, no answer. Our room was all around the back, almost last one, so my husband walked back to the front desk. They gave him another accessable room, but it only had 1 double bed. The blinds worked in this unit, but the A/C didn't. Got kind of stuffy after a while.Bathroom didn't have a shower chair .Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular..Fried potatoes and sausages were quite good. Eggs were a bit runny. Anyway we should get a refund. We paid way too much. Manfred and Renate
