This home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across two serene bedrooms and a large sofa bed on the main level when needed.

- Second Bedroom: Comfortable Queen-size bed with French doors to its own private en-suite bath and patio.

- Living Room: Large pullout sofa bed.

Shared Amenities:



Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared spaces on the 1.2-acre property, which include the pergola with an outdoor fireplace, the picnic table, and the treehouse. Please be mindful that these areas may be used by guests from the other on-site rental.

Please note there is another bookable vacation rental on-site. Other travelers may be present in the shared outdoor areas during your stay.



Shared vs. Private:



The pergola, outdoor fireplace, picnic table, and treehouse are shared amenities. Your house, fenced-in yard, and private hot tub are exclusively for your use.



Pets:



Welcome with prior approval. Their is a pet fee , so please include your pet on the reservation so we know they are coming as well.



Check-In:



Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Early check in may be available upon request for a fee.



Connectivity:



Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the home (500Mbs+).



There is absolutely no smoking inside the unit. A minimum $250 dollar fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
