We were very happy in this house, very quiet area and close to the area of food and shopping stores and close to fun areas for children and adolescents.

I planned this weekend getaway for my family and overall we had a great time! The weather cooperated with us wanting to do outside activities so the snow made that possible. The location of the house was excellent. It was close to restaurants, outdoor activities, and the grocery store. It was sufficient for what we needed however, we all felt the house is in dire need of updating. The furniture is outdated, the pictures are outdated and every one of them was hanging askew on the wall. Beige 1 inch metal blinds and tab top curtains found in one bedroom are outdated. Carpet in the loft bathroom is outdated but most importantly is unsanitary. Lastly, TVs were only in 3 of the rooms. My family and I used mostly all sleeping areas and only 2 had TVs. This was really annoying at night when everyone turned in for the night. In this day and age there should be smart tvs in all the bedrooms. I know this would be greatly appreciated. Everyone brings their own streaming devices so cable isn’t necessary however, televisions are. Like i mentioned the space was sufficient, the location was great and the management company was great to work with. With updates this place would be great!

Great location with easy access to nearby activities and attractions. The house itself has a vintage charm but is in need of serious maintenance and updates. While it works for a small group or short stay, I would not recommend it for larger groups due to space and upkeep issues.

Great stay at this home! Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with dishware and supplies we needed to cook meals and dine in. Lots of towels, which was key since we used the hot tub which was great. We had a minor issue that there was no hot water, but we called the management company and they sent someone over quickly to resolve the issue right away. Great stay!

Wonderful stay! The property manager was very friendly and communicative. Fantastic stay close to hiking trails and a fun fishing lake - kids fishing and a separate pond, as well. 4 minutes to Safeway. Great stay!

Great stay with friends

Amazing house to stay for our annual ski trip with friends! Host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved every bit of staying here and couldn't recommend it enough for ski season. The shuttle to/from the resort so so easy and convenient for the group as well so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking!

Great stay for adult groups/couples

Rooms and beds accurate to listing! So many places we looked at to host 11 people (many of whom are couples) were misleading as far as bedrooms & sleeping capacities (i.e. 3 people for a king bed, not enough bedrooms), but this listing had plenty of room for us, including 5 bedrooms which is hard to find! We really have no complaints..our biggest issue was temperature as the house has no AC—but it’s no one’s fault that there was a heat wave at the beginning of our stay. The listing is the slightest bit dated but not an issue for us!

Family reunion

Stayed here with family for a reunion at RMNP. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of space for everyone to gather together at meal time and have privacy at bedtime. Checkout procedure was easy.

Great home for large family

House was very clean! Had a lot of space for our family of 7. Beautiful view off patio. Close to gas station,grocery store and places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only minor issue was not a lot of pans to cook with but we made it work!

Very nice stay with some minor notes.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and the hot tub was also clean and in great working condition. Even with all of us showering each morning, we never ran out of hot water. We did have a couple of small maintenance issues with a light and a window shade that we reported and they were fixed promptly for us. The kitchen had enough silverware (I think there may have been a report before about not enough silverware) for all of us and the majority of major kitchen essentials were available. I would say some pantry staples like flour, sugar and oil were missing, but we were getting groceries anyway. We had no complaints about the king bed in the master bedroom, but our other travelers did mention the other beds being too soft or two hard. There could be a couple mattresses that are a bit older. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and we all had a great time.

An enjoyable weekend

My seven friends and I truly enjoyed our weekend stay. The open space on the main level, with the super-comfy couch, was great for smaller chats or one big group conversation. We certainly took advantage of the outside deck and the hot tub! We struggled with only a couple of things, but I believe - based on the excellent communication with the property manager - that these issues will be resolved. There wasn't enough silverware for eight people, much less the 12 people we originally booked. We had to stand on a chair and unplug the microwave because its fan would not turn off. Half of us did not find the mattresses and pillows very comfortable. People changed beds or came and slept on the living room couch. That being said, I definitely recommend a stay here. We were all enthralled by a visit from a moose family each morning, enjoyed safely from the deck with great views.

Great Place

Our overall stay was very good I would definitely stay again. We had one issue and they responded immediately to resolve. The house was nice and roomy had everything we needed. Could use a porch light for the night-time, very dark to walk down the stairs.
