Great house love the location

Cute Cabin in Beautiful Fraser

The cabin was cute, clean and just right for a family of 6. The location is beautiful and perfect. The area is quiet and great for peace and getting away from the craziness and the grind of the city. The area is still close enough to get to Winter Park which has plenty of stores, restaurants and festivities for the family! The view is gorgeous!! The only set back was the 3 beds were smaller for a couple of our family members who were over 6 foot, other than that we loved the place and had a wonderful time!

This cabin was perfect for our group of 7! Open areas for playing games, easy to get to town, close to tubing & ski areas. Well stocked.

Good Stay

The house was clean and spacious. The water didn't work at first but we called the property manager and had to turn on the switch in the electrical panel located in the kitchen

Great for a weekend get away

We overall had an amazing time. Plenty of space for everyone. Newer washer and dryer. Not a bad view from any window in the house. There were a few minor things that we were able to over look but lots of windows were missing screens and you'll want the windows open as there is no air conditioning. Several light bulbs were out and not replaced before our stay. Porch lights in the back were both out. But overall for the price and space we had a really great time. Loved the short drive to winter park each day. Thank you!

Lovely family getaway

We did a family reunion here, with a party of 8. It was a great time and we enjoyed the property. The checkin process could’ve been a bit smoother. Lights on the front entrance. Salt and sugar in pantry would’ve made this a 5 not 4-star review.

Better management of a known issue

This cabin is exactly as pictured. It's a cozy, welcoming space that we truly enjoyed. An area for improvement would be ensuring the house is better stocked - we only had a few paper towels left on the roll, only a couple of coffee filters and no olive oil in the pantry. In my experience, those core pantry items are usually readily available. We also went without water the whole first night because the after-hours maintenance line never picked up and never returned our calls. It was an easy fix (fuse was blown) but it sounds like this happens routinely at this house. I would recommend letting tenants of this house know how to fix this recurring problem. The property managers kindly refunded us the equivalent of one night's stay, but I hope they can look into this issue for future tenants.

Beautiful home

Our family had a wonderful time in Fraser. Great location for RMNP and winter park. Close to a wonder playground for the kids as well. Would love to visit again.

Overall nice

Quite nice.... but did need a few light bulbs replaced, window blinds did not work in master bedroom, and tv did not work. Would have liked a propane BBQ. Overall, very nice stay.

Great space for a family of 5… easy drive to Winter Park or Grand Lake/RMNP…Neighborhood was cute and great for morning or evening walks with mountain views. We would definitely stay there again, just stay longer.

Relaxing oasis, can't wait to return

We LOVED the house itself, the location, the views, everything. By the end we were looking up housing for-sale nearby. The views out of the house were incredible in nearly all directions. The house has enough privacy to feel secluded yet is within a walkable neighborhood and just a few minutes drive from town. The living room was roomy, the kitchen worked great, and the beds were comfortable - what more could we ask for. We hope to come back again and stay even longer next time. Thank you!

Nice property, needs more attention to detail

The property was very clean and the location is beautiful and close to town. We had some issues checking in, however, this could have been due to a down cell phone tower. We were without running water our first night. We tried to reach after hour maintenance for help. However, we never heard back (again the tower? maybe?). The next morning when the office opened back up, we were able to speak to someone who was familiar with the property. Evidentially it was just a simple flip of a circuit box switch. I would suggest leaving a note for future renters in case this happens again. The hand soap dispensers were nearly empty and the kitchen was lacking in basic pots/pans and some utensils. If all of those issue are remedied, I'd say this property was great.
