The house is very spacious and airy, everything was prepared with great care for the comfort and well being of our guests!

The house has a LARGE common area, with fully equipped kitchen, 2 (two) living rooms, dining room, 2 (two) balconies, barbecue area and swimming pool.

The garage accommodates up to 4 vehicles covered and monitored by cameras.

The dorms are 3 (three) suites with air conditioning; 1 (one) room with air conditioning; 1 (one) room with a fan; 1 (one) Social Bathroom and 2 (two) washrooms!

Near the house there is a great bakery and a small market, open until 22:00 every day. Also just 4 (four) blocks away is the Foz do Iguaçu International Bus Station, where it is possible to have easy access to the different tourist spots and public transport in the city!

The whole house is at your entire and EXCLUSIVE disposal during your stay.

If you are interested, you can also count on accredited tourist transport services (apart), as my father is a tour guide and works with a VAN of up to 15 seats. How we work together; at a reduced cost you can have access to exclusive transfer services, to receive you at the airport, accommodate you at home, take you shopping to fill the fridge and optimize your itinerary, considering your time and the local reality.

You will make incredible tours in a totally personalized and exclusive way, including going to places where passenger cars and taxis are not authorized, such as the interior of the national park (waterfalls).

Lettice was very attentive and answered all my questions about the area and where to get a great meal.Large place. The pool was a very welcome addition. It got hot and a dip in the pool int eh afternoon was a welcome reprieve. We made use of the outdoor kitchen and cooked up a great steak.Just come prepared.There were no paper towels or napkins. If you make your own sandwich get ready to use your sleeve. Other than that, and that's pretty minor, it was a great place. Walking distance to little stores to get things for breakfast or beer. I would re-book again if I'm ever in the area again.For the money: 10 out of 10Thanks Lettice.

Loved the house, pool and service! Lettice was a great host and Daniel was a fabulous driver.

We had a wonderful stay at Lettice’s house. Everything was clean with plenty of amenities. It was refreshing coming back after a hot day on the waterfall trails to the clean pool. The little store around the corner had delicious snack food. You need to drive to all the attractions in the area, but we hired Daniel for the week as our driver and he was phenomenal. Would recommend and book again.

Wonderful place for family reunion

Loved staying here, everything was great and any questions were quickly answered. We hired Daniel as our driver which made it very easy. The only thing we would change is the weather, but Lettice had no control of that.

Férias fantásticas

Passamos 4 dias em Foz do Iguaçu na casa da Lettice. A casa corresponde 100% a descrição e as fotos. Tem quartos e banheiros para todos, uma cozinha bem equipada. Espaço gourmet ao lado da piscina bem pra desfrutar. O pai da Lettice, o Daniel, foi um guia maravilhoso e inesquecível. Ele nos organizou tudo que precisamos e nos deu dicas ótimas da cidade e dos pontos turísticos. Agradecemos muito pela recepção. Aconselhamos essa casa é o guia turístico a todos.
