Staff at breakfast were poor, a little discourteous and unwelcoming. Standard coffee was weak but if you ask for a speciality coffee (not advertised) then much better. Stair carpet needs replacing. Excellent location and the room was perfect.

Good staff and comfortable bed. On busy street at night with loud people partying that kept us up. No ventilation in room except one window that was so heavy it was difficult to open or shut.
