Charming holiday cottage, in a quiet area close to the sea. Functional and very well equipped. This house includes: living room + kitchen area, 3 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, shower room, WC. Enclosed courtyard, terrace. Beds: 3 x 140 and 1 x 90. Equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, electric barbecue, garden furniture... Surface area: 43 m². NEARBY: Located 800 m from the city center and shops, 200 m from the North beach. Bus station 800 m and SNCF train station 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal baths 15 min. Located 450m from the South beach and the city center 600m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO PAY on arrival: security deposit of €450 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
