It comprises on the ground floor: entrance, WC, large living room opening onto a terrace and a garden, a fitted and equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, WC and shower room. Garage and parking space. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine... Bedding: 1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 120 and 2 beds of 90. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, barbecue... Surface area: 80 m². NEARBY: 300 m from the sea and 800 m from the city center, bus station 1 km away and SNCF train station 6 km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 mins away. TO PAY on arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €100 for the cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
