Frustração

Foi frustante desde o começo ao chegar do aeroporto fui deixar as malas na recepção onde ao informar meu nome, mostrar a minha reserva não localizaram nada mesmo havendo a confirmação por e-mail e mostrando tudo ficaram de resolver até o horário do check in até aí ok. Solicitei para usar o banheiro onde uma funcionária de cara feia e meio grosseira ficou nos observando e mandou utilizar rápido que a dona não gostava. Estando sentado na recepção acho que a dona chegou nem se quer comprimentos. Ao chegar par fazer o check in nos deram um quarto diferente das fotos, todo sujo e velho quebrado, camas rangindo e dura e sem ar e nem sabonete ofertaram. Ao chegar da praia o mesmo está a sem energia e não prestaram nem um suporte e fui para comemorar uma data especial e foi frustante a viagem nunca mais me hospedo lá a sorte que a plataforma nos deu um apoio a pesar de demorar um pouco e nos reacomodaram em algo melhor mais o Hotel não recomendo péssimo.

Sabia q era simples, mas ñ ruim

Peguei o hotel só pra dormir, mas parece q eles levaram ao pé da letra, pois pra tomar banho era um sofrimento, chuveiro fraco, com uns 4 fios de agua. Reclamamos tds os dias q ficamos, até q na ultima noite um atendente disse q foram la e q pra eles estava normal. Só se eled tomam banho de balde. Nã recomendo por isso (fiquei no quarto 22)

PÉSSIMO HOTEL!!!! NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!!

Que hotel péssimo! A começar dos recepcionistas que são MUITO MAL EDUCADOS! As únicas pessoas simpáticas são as senhoras que servem o café. A estrutura é péssima, me colocaram num quarto fora do hotel, num anexo que ficava com o portão de acesso aberto até meia noite, um perigo. Quarto com rachaduras, ar condicionados imundo, sem nenhum isolamento acústico. Os outros hóspedes falavam muito alto e dava pra escutar td do quarto, acordando todo mundo. O banheiro é minúsculo, não tem um suporte pra toalha, nem saída de ar, sequer uma janela pequena e o chuveiro é muito fraco, quase não sai água. Enfim, um hotel com uma localização muito boa, mas com estrutura e administração péssimas. NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS e NÃO RECOMENDO

Comunicação ineficiente

Atendimento: - Por telefone o recepcionista foi indiferente quanto à necessidade de chegar mais cedo do horário de check-in (mesmo pagando a taxa de R$ 50,00 pela antecipação da chegada ao hotel). - Tive problemas de comunicação com o Hotel no que diz respeito à possibilidade de antecipar uma diária. A Diana (que cuida da parte comercial) havia confirmado via o site "hoteis.com" a possibilidade de ter acrescida mais uma diária ao que já havia comprado, mas quando liguei para o hotel eles disseram que não sabiam disso e que não haviam quartos disponíveis. Tive que gastar R$ 120,00 com um outro hotel para poder chegar um dia antes. A comunicação foi muito precária. Café - O café é muito bom, há o básico para um bom café da manhã e a cozinheira é super simpática e atenciosa. Limpeza - Quartos limpos e toalhas e lençóis com cheirinho de sabonete de coco. Acomodação - Cama não é confortável e super dura. - O banheiro é muito pequeno, o chuveiro elétrico não funciona (água muito gelada) e o sanitário é ruim para uma pessoa alta ou gorda
