No hot water

We came in from out of state on a Thursday for a wedding that was on Friday at 4pm. Thursday night there was no hot water. We had to light the water heater and figured it would be fine in the morning. It was not. Although it was easy to contact owner, it was no help. We were told they couldn’t fix it and they told me they would give me a refund. However they credited me 400 out of 1,000. We were forced to scramble and find another rental that would allow us to check in early. No cleaning fees refunded no app fees refunded when we stayed there less than 24 hours. Disappointing
