Veteran owned! Welcome to your luxurious retreat near Eagle Mountain Lake, TX! This spacious haven can comfortably accommodate 16 guests, making it perfect for family reunions or group getaways! Professionally designed with your comfort in mind, this stunning property promises an unforgettable stay!


Room Accommodations:

Bedroom 1: King bed, 50" Smart TV, full length mirror, master bathroom with shower & soaking tub, walk-in closet and double vanity.

Bedroom 2: King bed, 50" Smart TV, full length mirror, attached to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that has double vanities.

Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds, 50" Smart TV, full length mirror, attached to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 4: Two Full-Over-Full bunk beds, 50" Smart TV, private bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, closets with hangers and shelves, nightstands with reading lights, and a room remote for the fan which also controls the light (no getting up to turn the lights off - you are on vacation!)

All bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bath towels, hand towels, and makeup towels/washcloths are provided. There is also a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms (just helping you save on that luggage space!).

Game Room: Arcade Basketball & Foosball Table, 55" Smart TV to keep the game on while you play yours! Bar top table with 2 barstools.

Living Room: 65" Smart TV, large & extremely comfortable couch (one of those that you really just sink into...our favorite)

Dining Room: Large dining table with seating for 10.

Kitchen: Gas stove, double ovens, coffee maker, Keurig, and fully-stocked with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, plastic plates and cups for the outdoor area, and even serving dishes! Large island with plenty of room to gather & kitchen breakfast table with seating for 4.

Laundry room: Equipped with washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, stain remover, and dryer sheets!

Backyard: let's be honest - this is the real reason you want to stay here! Fully fenced, plenty of space for activities & games. We have cornhole, disc golf & frisbees, giant connect four, pool toys, and water footballs. We do not allow any glass to be taken outside so we provide plenty of outdoor-friendly plastic cups, plates, and wine glasses to enjoy in the backyard space!

Outdoor Seating: The covered patio boasts a large outdoor couch and 2 rattan chairs for plenty of seating under two fans (trust me, you'll need em'!). Additionally, we have a massive outdoor table with seating for 12 people under the string lights for a moody evening dinner or sunny brunch by the pool. There is also an iron table with 4 extra chairs by the outdoor kitchen for extra seating. We've got the whole crew covered!

Outdoor Kitchen: Built in charcoal grill, outdoor sink, grilling utensils, and plenty of countertop space for all the fixin's! Raised bar top & 4 bar stools for those who want to enjoy a nice drink while they watch someone else cook their food (now that's what I call a good time!)

Pool/Hot tub: Beach entry, built-in tabletop and bench, grotto area under waterfall with bench, and another bench on the backside of the pool. Lounge chairs to relax & get some sun. Customizable pool lighting for evening dips. Pool towels are provided.

Firepit: Propane gas firepit with seating for 8 under the string lights. We also provide skewers for roasting marshmallows. Nothing like ending the day at the lake with some s'mores!

Outdoor Theater: Projector & screen, bluetooth-enabled speaker, outdoor-friendly bean bags & picnic blankets to sit under the stars and watch your favorite movie!

Playground: Perfect for the little ones to play & enjoy!
