This affordable alternative lets you stay within a short walk of the beach, while providing you with a spacious beach vacation rental with or without your pet!

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, living room with TV, and fenced in yard. One bedroom, both with queen-size bed, and plenty of closet space. A full-size bathroom with shower/tub combination.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Perfect little beach getaway

The property offered a stress free check in and check out process, it’s in a great location in walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and has all your necessities included. They even had an umbrella and chairs for us to use at the beach. And they’re pet friendly, which was a plus.

Great Beach Stay for Pet Owners

The property is a 5 minute walk from the Boardwalk and the public beach! Close enough to everything that you could the see the boardwalk fireworks without having to walk out the front door. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The main bedroom is spacious and has its own tv. I loved having the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided for us. They also had plenty of extra linens and pillows for the sofa bed. The pet fee was reasonable and I loved being able to bring them with me on my vacation.My only complaint was that the listing says there is a dishwasher in the amenities, but there is not one. It's not a big deal for me, just a little confusing.
