Boho Beach Style Condo right across from the Beach

Don't spend your vacation sitting in traffic! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This totally renovated 1 bedroom/ 1 Bath is steps from the Emerald Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, situated within walking distance among restaurants and entertainment. This unit has 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and a giant bean bag! Think 70's beach house meet Boho Chic. Backyard features a gated entrance to come and go from the beach for ultimate convenience.
The space
This space is totally renovated! Washer and dryer in master bedroom, great backyard for lounging or cookouts with gated access directly out to street. This space has 1 queen bed in the living room that doubles as a couch and 1 king bed in the Master with a gigantic bean bag that would be super fun for a kid to sleep on if you are a family of 5. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials that you need for a meal or just walk next door to Stewby's Seafood for a great fish taco or fried Grouper platter. 2 flat smart tv's and wifi, with a smart lock to make your stay that much more comfortable and easy. If you have more than 4 (or a family of 5) and you need extra space, please check out my other unit in this complex. Unit #11, which is a studio OR Unit #1 which is identical floor plan as this one and has all the amenities!

There is also a Teak dining table that seats 6 in the main courtyard that you are more than welcome to use!
