Awesome Spring Break Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beachfront unit during spring break! The condo was clean and comfortable. It was perfectly located with just a short walk to the beach. The views from the patio were incredible. The complimentary beach service was greatly appreciated, and the kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, our stay at the beach condo was amazing and relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to visit again for another memorable vacation!

The beach was calling our name!

We haven’t been to the beach in 5 years so this trip was long overdue. The condo was perfectly located! It was clean, spacious and has amazing views from the living area and the master bedroom! The whole trip from start to finish went very smoothly. We definitely plan to be back!

Perfect beachfront condo

This condo was the perfect location for our.4th of July trip. Will definitely stay again!! The only thing we didnt particularly care for was that we couldnt adjust the air temp.

Excellent stay near the beach and centrally located for golf and eateries.

Had a great time. Parking was a little challenging due to some adjacent construction but otherwise no issues at all.

The carpets are stained and need replaced. The beds were hard and not comfy. The spare bathrooms shower handle broke and they had to come and fix it. The veiw was good overall though. You can tell it is a rental condo and no one lives there.

Checks all the boxes

My family was very satisfied with the property. Very clean, no maintenance problems while we were there. Great view from the balcony, kitchen had all the basics. Two extra beach chairs in the unit and the Towers have two wooden chairs set up for each unit out on the beach. Five star review. The only time I thought “wish it had this” were extremely minor: cutting board for the kitchen and a garbage can in master bath. It also wasn’t clear which tower we were supposed to go to upon arrival (Tower 1) but I might be a moron. Best value for dollar I’ve had at a vrbo property.

Great location

We had a great week at this property. It was very close to everything! Having the beach chairs included with the rental was a nice touch. Pool is a little walk, but it was so nice that it was heated on cooler evenings. The construction wasn't even a big deal. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Condo

This was a sisters' trip and two of us are handicapped. That was not a problem between beach service and the short walk to the beach. Beautiful views and plenty of space. My sister really enjoyed the kitchen area and we made a few breakfasts during our stay. Will definitely look at this condo again for future stays.

Major construction

We were told the tower construction was completed and it was not. We had construction in the unit all around us. Constant cigarette smell and only 2 small chairs on the patio. Workers need to have a designated parking lot instead of where renters are parking. Outdated property but beautiful beaches and very convenient. If you stay at this unit bring your own toilet paper and paper towels and beach towels. Beaches were very clean.

Family Beach Vacation

I took my family to the beach and we were very happy with the condo and the location. Lots of things within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub almost as much as the beach!

Perfect for family

This location was perfect for our family getaway. The condo was very clean! The pool was clean as well! And having a private beach was amazing after we visited a public beach prior to check-in! Will definitely be back to this location!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

First if all I want to thank real joy vacations/ VRBO for excellent communication. Everything went so smooth from start to finish. The condo was exactly as described. The location/view was perfect. Although there was construction being done, it really didn't interfere with our stay. I will definitely stay at shoreline towers 1 again. I also would recommend to anyone who's looking for great service from start to finish. .

Spring Break 23’

Was overall a nice place to stay. Close to everything could walk most places. Clean, staff was friendly. Few things to improve on-quick fixes like no hot pads (quick easy fix) and only one kitchen towel & wash cloth for the week. I was skeptical about going to Panama City for spring break, but turns out it was on the tail end of break fir colleges, so it was quite and very family oriented. I would recommend the Boardwalk Condo units. We would go back again

Destin Stay

This condo was perfect for our quick spring break getaway. We were right off the beach and able to easily access the beach and amenities of Destin while we stayed here. When our kids were tired of the ocean we were able to use the heated pool afterwards! Would recommend.
