Cozy Furnished Apartment

This apartment is located in a residential area on the island of Fort Simpson next to the Mackenzie River and minutes away from the Papal Grounds and beach. Private one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Large comfy queen size bed with a 65" TV and custom Maple furniture. Ideal for 1-2 guests. Features a living room with a 50" TV and a comfy pull out couch which can accommodate an additional 1-2 guests. The apartment is located on the lower level of split entry house. Fully private access. Guests have full access to the lower level as well as yard space and driveway.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
