It features a spacious and sunny bedroom with walk-in closet, a living room with complimentary Roku/Xfinity streaming television (premium channels), and, an alcove with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and small fridge. Wood floors and tile throughout. Outdoor amenities include use of the screen enclosed pool and courtyard, with dining table and chairs, large grill, and a fishing dock on the Indian River.
