This beautifully renovated one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located on the top floor of a three story elevator building in Ocean Village, a fabulous ocean front gated community on South Hutchinson Island. Enjoy stunning views of the horizon and the ocean beyond from the condo's lanai overlooking the first hole of the community's 9 hole golf course. The condo is in an excellent location a very short walk to the ocean and the community's resort style amenities including multiple pools with hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, golf, a new fitness center, and an on-site restaurant and tiki bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with all new appliances, top of the line cabinetry, and natural stone countertops. The bedroom is furnished with two queen beds suitable for a couple, family, or single travelers sharing the space, and the living room has a full sofa bed. A 55” smart TV, cable, and high speed internet are provided along with beach chairs and a card table and folding chairs. This fantastic vacation condo truly has it all.
