Located just ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH in the highly sought-after Yacht Club area, this is the ultimate vacation and entertainment home!

Start your day with coffee on the private porch with a thatched tiki cover just outside one of the 4 bedrooms. Then move to the pool /lanai area for sunbathing, reading, and catching up on email with our high-speed internet. Or walk down to the large dock and take the kayaks for a gentle ride through the canals. Right next to the water, there is also another large tiki hut with comfortable seating for you to relax or fish.

Be sure to bike or walk to the only beach in Cape Coral. Enjoy the sandy beach area and the Boathouse Tiki Bar And Grill. This home provides a beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon to transport all your beach needs.

Late afternoon and evening retire to your own covered lanai area complete with TV and Netflix over the outdoor bar. Put a steak or some of Florida’s best seafood on the grill for dinner and then take a moonlight swim in the solar and electric heated pool.

Once inside you will find 4 bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and 3 bathrooms, great for extended families or friends traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen is in the middle of the home with a family room, dining room, and master bedroom on one side and a living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths on the other side. Privacy for all! 3 of the bedrooms have TVs with Netflix provided and there is a 60 inch TV in the living room with a TV Antenna and DVDs as well as a TV on the Lanai.

Boaters enjoy just a 3-minute drive to the Caloosahatchee River and a 10-minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent one to cruise to nearby Sanibel and Captiva Islands or the many beaches nearby, including Fort Myers Beach.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc., etc. This is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit! The home is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and many nearby attractions. Many restaurants are nearby and I have a large booklet of places to go, menus, and things to do at the house. We have been staying at Sue Larson properties for over five years, and this was our first time at Villa 11—it did not disappoint! The outdoor living space and pool were wonderful, and having a bathroom right off the pool was such a convenient touch. The views and sunsets were absolutely stunning. We know the caliber and quality of Sue Larson properties never fail us, and Villa 11 was truly amazing.

We rented this house 2 years ago and were so happy when it was available for our vacation to Florida this year! The house is spacious and always very clean when we arrive. The location is perfect for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing under the tiki hut overlooking the canal! Love everything about this place and will definetly be booking if available for our next vacation!!

Old friends annual trip

It was comfortable, clean and great space for 5 grown woman. The only part i didnt like was the constant reminders all over the house and emails reminding us about garbage. The strict check out cleaning list was a bit much. Of course we were going to leave it clean and strip the beds and wash towels..but the wording was so over the top.

Family vacation

Overall the house is very nice and as described! I will say that this house is listed 1 block away from the beach but it be closed for at least another year due to hurricane Ian damage and recovery. Being notified of this prior to the trip would have been much appreciated. The closest beach that was open was about 35-45 minutes away and they were nice. We used this as an opportunity to explore other beaches in the area. The kayaks were very nice and my son even caught a small shark in the canal which he was thrilled about! Kitchen is full stocked and plenty of beach toys and towels are available at the property. The house is very conveniently located to just about everything you need.
