This bright and breezy, well appointed, 2 bed 2 full bath condo serves up 180 degree bay views and a laid back modern beach vibe. The open layout means water views from the kitchen, living space and even your king-size primary suite (yes, you might spot dolphins from your bed!) The primary bedroom has a glass door to the en-suite with a large vanity, spacious walk-in closet and stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, sleeper sofa and a large closet. The second full bath has a shower tub combo.The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pantry, refrigerator with ice maker and stove, WiFi is also included. Plus, there’s large laundry room with washer, dryer and tons of storage. The lanai is screened in for convenience with a table and seating for relaxing. Enjoy resort-style amenities including under-building parking, a large salt water pool with lounges, shuffleboard courts, showers, a clubhouse with exercise room, tennis and pickleball courts and scenic walking paths. And the best part? You’re just a short walk to the beach and shopping and dining at Santini Plaza.
