Stunning estate home located in the prestigious Siesta Isles of Fort Myers Beach. Latitude Adjustment is the most spectacular 6 bedroom canal access property you'll find! Beautiful water views with short access to gulf, bay, and river. The expansive outdoor entertaining areas offer a patio, outdoor kitchen, and pool with plenty of furniture for lounging in the warm Florida sunshine. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, each with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with huge walk-in showers. Two of the jack-n-jill guest bedrooms upstairs feature a queen size bed, while the other offers three twin size beds. There are two guest bedrooms downstairs, one with a king bed and private bath. The other guest room has a queen and full bathroom just down the hall. There 2 living rooms upstairs each feature a huge sectional, perfect for gathering the group for movie night. The gourmet kitchen upstairs is just begging to be used for entertaining. The huge island has plenty of space to spread out a big feast. The downstairs offers another kitchen, bar, pool table, pool bath, and two dining areas. You will truly be amazed when you step into this rental for your next vacation!
