This bright and cheerful Sandarac unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living area with flatscreen TV, fully equipped kitchen, enormous screened balcony overlooking beach, and in unit laundry. Within the larger Sandarac community, guests have access to all amenities including the pool.

This spacious Sandarac unit located on the 4th floor features plush master quarters with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a cheerful guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and separate bathroom, a spacious and bright living room area with flatscreen TV and 2 cozy reclining chairs, an enormous air-conditioned balcony with both beach and bird sanctuary views, a well appointed kitchen and a mud room where a wide array of beach equipment is stored.

This unit is located within the popular Sandarac Resort Condominium Complex, offering guests access to a heated beachfront pool and sundeck, a picnic area with BBQ grill and ample on site parking. This resort is located at the quiet end of Fort Myers Beach and is within walking distance to dining, shopping and the famous Fort Myers Beach Theater. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport.

Property had many problems

Refrig. Not working rt., water leaking to first shelf then lower shelf problem caused food to freeze, Tv problems. Electrical problems, Dirty glassware/ had to buy glasses- fans broken, blinds not Working properly, stove grill Not working all the time. We spoke to prop. Mgr who was always busy- spoke to owner who Could care less . I would Never use them as clients if VRBO Cared,
