Need updates in bathroom. Towels often smelled sour. And there's the note in the VRBO listing about the washer and dryer. None in the actual unit and available ones in common area-coin operated. Correction for listing is NEEDED.

We had a fantastic week at Ft Myers beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a stay at the beach. Safe area that is still rebuilding from hurricanes. Very beautiful beach with shells, birds, and dolphins swimming by. We would definitely recommend and come back in the future!

Solo beach vacation

I have stayed at EBTC in the past. This condo was very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Everything from the couch,the bed, balcony furniture was very comfortable. The bed was very soft. It had everything you would need, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and only steps to the beach. The buildings have pass codes and I felt safe. It is quiet and friendly. There is however still some construction happening at the complex but work starts late mornings and from my experience they are done around 3. Nice pool. Owners were very informative and easy to communicate with. Easy check in and snacks were left on the counter.

Awesome Stay

My husband and I truely enjoyed our stay at this condo. This is our second time staying at EBTC and we love it there. The beach is private and quiet and the area is beautiful. There were lots of places to eat and seeing the reconstruction after Ian was interesting. We would be back for sure

Relaxing Stay

Unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Overall property didn’t allow lounge chairs to be taken to beach, but unit had chairs and umbrella, which worked fine. Property had an overall friendly atmosphere. Didn’t use pool but it seemed fine. Property was a ways from village, but this was fine with us. A nice place to stay.

Lovely Condo

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, from a well stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed. The welcome basket with goodies was a nice touch. We had great communication with the host. The pool is kept nice and warm, so even with the air temperature barely above 60, my husband enjoyed his swim. The beach was great for shelling. Most restaurants on the island are still closed since the hurricanes came through, and there is a lot of construction in the area, but that is no one’s fault. I highly recommend this unit.

Would stay again

On the slower area of the beach. Nice tennis courts.Unit is nice. King bed. Son (13) slept on sofabed.Downside (not the apt owners fault) few dining options close. Junkanoos (good) and Flippers (also good). Otherwise you need to go toward Bonita Springs. 20 min south.There is a Publix 2 miles north

Beautiful location

My daughter and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving. We loved the location and that we could hear the waves on the beach from our location. Enjoy the balcony view for a morning coffee. Beautiful beach, pool, located near Santini Plaza. Will defiantly return again

Better than described

Spent 10 days in this better than described condo. Condo well appointed with beach accessories and supplies. Will definitely stay in this unit for next visit. Everything open or soon to be open in the area after last hurricane

Lovely community

We stayed late August for 7 nights. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The pool was lovely and well maintained as were the grounds. The tennis and pickle ball courts were beautiful. Maintenance staff was present every day. The owner was easy to contact and I discussed a couple of things the cleaning people should attend to and I'm sure they'll be taken care of. The building is older but most units have been renovated/updated. There is a 7-Eleven half a block north of the property that also has gas pumps. A Publix grocery store is just a little further north. Many buildings are being rebuilt or torn down since Hurricane Ian, so there aren't as many places to go very close, but plenty to find north and south of the Estero Beach Club and are close enough by by bike or car. The community's front pond's fountain was not in working order yet. Everyone was very nice a considerate. You'll enjoy your stay as we hope to again.

Wonderful stay for our girls getaway

One word describes it all….wonderful!!! Everything from the booking to our stay. Our hosts we amazing with communicating. Any questions were promptly answered. We had a great view from our window and balcony of the gulf. Accommodations were just as described and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!!!!
