Great Location

Ac works good. Main bed is comfortable. Pull out sofa has a brutal bar which most pull outs have, blinds are missing pieces or have holes in them and they don't shut all the way for privacy. Towel bars that have fallen off the wall or broken or just left should be removed & cleaned up, pictures that have broken or are spare are stuck behind a chair. It is definitely NOT a one bedroom, It's more of a one bed flat. There is a accordion divider to divide the bedroom and the living room. Lots of mismatched previous guests cups and dishes so it has a college dorm feel. The view is nice. If you lean over the railing to the left or right you can see the beach. Maybe a little better cleaning. I cleaned the food in front of the stove and glob of butter on refrigerator light

We loved our stay the complex is very nice and all the people we met at the pool were wonderful and we'll probably keep in contact with a few.We're thinking of coming back for a month next year. We would probably want a room with more of a view of the Gulf.Overall we had a great time

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was super easy to check in. Deb was excellent with any communication we needed. The condo has everything you will need, which is so nice. I just loved shelling on the ocean and swimming in the wonderful pool. I would stay there again.

Great apartment on the beach

We had awesome time in the apartment. Loved early morning walks on the beach collecting shells and sand dollars. Host provided all we needed for long afternoons at the beach and at the pool (heated i must add). Apartment is small but our family of 4 slept comfortably. Overall condition is good, however we noticed some cracked floor tiles, no working exhaust fan in the bathroom and low cold water pressure in kitchen sink. Initial cleanliness could be better but I wouldn’t call this apartment dirty. Tv was loaded with programming for slow and rainy days. Would definitely recommend staying at that place.

great location

The property was nice with good views. The area was still recovering from hurricanes, so many things were closed or gone. Still plenty of things to do in area and beach had lots of nice shells. Would stay here again if in area.

Relaxing getaway

This place was great for a relaxing week at the beach. The room is spacious enough for 2 to fit comfortably. The beach is directly outside the property and rarely had more than 3 other groups on it as far as we could see so very private. Towels, chairs, coolers everything you’d want for the beach is already provided in the unit. 10/10 would go back

Sunrise and Sunset Paradise Steps from Beach

We were surprised by a beautiful sunrise from our balcony the first morning. If sunsets are your thing, that’s also available every night from the shore of the amazing Gulf Coast private beach. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Deb is a lovely and responsive host. We hope to come back!

We had a great time staying at this condo, was represented as it was, clean, perfect for the 3 of us. We enjoyed shelling everyday except for when the storm that rolled in and we’re blessed with the bounty of shells!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but my wife quickly noticed that the unit was not in the cleanest condition. She swept up a dust pan full of sand and dirt left behind by cleaning staff. She also wiped out the freezer and fridge before our departure, simply because it had not been recently done. We really enjoyed our time there, minus the cleaning hiccups! Air conditioner was working hard to keep the entire unit cool and we ended up going out to buy a small fan for the bedside table, which made a big difference at night. All of the amenities were nice, safe and quiet for the duration of our stay. We would definitely stay there again, but hope they hire better cleaning staff in the future.
