Accessibility: The entire house is on a single ground level with no stairs, making it easily accessible for all guests.
Pool & Hot Tub: The hot tub is included with your stay and takes approximately one hour to heat up. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day.
Maintenance: To keep the oasis pristine, the pool is serviced weekly on Thursdays between 10 am and 12 pm. The yard is serviced on Thursdays or Fridays. Our maintenance crews will use the side door to avoid disturbing you. Please note that some leaves or debris may naturally accumulate between services.
Discounts: We offer an automatic 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more and a 20% discount for monthly stays.
