Pros : - the microwave, coffee maker, the tableware was perfect for the quick meal before and after the beach - the beach is super close (1 minute walk) - great price to quality ratio Cons : - the AC is always on so, at night, it gets really chilly - the wall are thin, sound can travel form one room to another... To know before booking: No staff is present on site, everything is done through the hotel website/portal.

With all virtual check in, I encountered a few problems checking in but it was dealt with effectively. Nicely renovated basics included place. Super clean. Everything you need. Half a block from beach and broadwalk and in a quiet area but with tons of nightlife. Perfect stay.

The room was very clean and super close to the ocean, which we loved! I had booked this because of the cost and when reading reviews it indicated that there were beach chairs, etc. Well, there are beach chairs but there is an extra cost to it and there were no beach towels available. We would stay here again if the price was right, but next time I would make sure and add the cost of the beach chairs into my budget. Also, there was only a sheet for the bed....no other covers, which was different for us. I only say this to inform others, but overall we had a really good experience there and would look to book again. Thank you!

The sheets had stains and the towels had foundation stains. There’s no onsite staff so no one does daily house keeping. There’s a thin door that separates a connecting room with a slide lock - which doesn’t seem safe and you can hear the neighbors conversations and them doing the deed…. Lol
