We had a great time at our intercostal waterfront property. Unbeatable views of the intercostal waterway with boat busses and jachts going by all day. Sunsets with wine at nights and dinner on the covered patio. It was a great place to sit and read a book or take a dip in the heated pool during out afternoons. The place had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking in. Great fresh local fish market and grocery stores within 2 miles. Inside was great to watch the NCAA basketball on a huge TV. The beds were comfortable and had 3 bathrooms with the 4 bedrooms for privacy. The host was great to text with any questions we had about the place.Mike and Michelle from Wisconsin

Incredibly clean house. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful spot right on the intercoastal with boats passing by every few minutes. Pool was heated (on request) and we spent most of our days lounging by the pool enjoying the scenery. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, 1 mile loop within a gated community. Close to beach and many restaurants. My family of 5 (3 kids under 10) loved the property and will definitely be back. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone looking for a well kept home right on the water!!

Lifestyes of the rich and famous!

This place exceeded our expectations! No surprises at all from the description given. Darwin was an awesome host-so eager to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our flight home was delayed and he was so kind to allow us to stay a little later on our check out day. The outdoor space is huge and the view with plenty of furniture to relax, read and enjoy the views of the wide opening of the intercoastal (felt like we were situated on a big lake). Ship watching was fun too! The house is near many restaurants, great shops and Lauderdale by the Sea. We drove to the beach every day and Darwin provided all the gear we needed. Thanks so much Darwin for a wonderful vacation! Will hopefully be back soon!

A must - grab it!

Best view on the intracoastal. Immaculate and beautiful home. Very comfortable and luxurious at same time. Host is extremely responsive and very nice to work with. My husband and I spent most of the week just relaxing, enjoying view and reading. Even rain didn’t impede our enjoyment. The area is very close to the beach and activities in Fort Lauderdale. I highly recommend this rental. It’s worth it!

Such a Pleasant Surprise!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks this Feb staying at the property. We have rented a number of other “similar” houses. Others were advertised as on the Intracoastal, renovated and in great neighborhoods. The others fell short in one way or another. This house met all of those (apparently) lofty standards. In addition to the house and hood being great, the owner is a true pleasure. He was responsive and a real pro. We plan to return! Ty Darwin 🙏

Lovely home on the water

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful home was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well-appointed. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, and spent every afternoon swimming, reading by the water, fishing from the dock and watching the boats. The location is close to restaurants, beach and grocery stores. Will return in the future.

Excellent House

House was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The views from the open floor plan were fantastic, looking out over the pool and a wide section of the intercoastal. There were plenty of boats passing by which made sitting outside very enjoyable. The house and deck have a nice variety of seating and eating areas. The walk to the beach is very pleasant, down a quiet street, and takes around 10 minutes. There are stores and restuarants within 5 minutes drive. The property managers were excellent.
