Perfect Stay!

Size was perfect for 5 men on a football trip! Pool was a perfect touch! Loved the area which was conducive to the beach, stadium and Fort Lauderdale nightlife! Would love to come back! 5 stars!

Work get away

Great house 4 coworkers. Rooms were perfect, grill was well cared for, pool was great, and everyone was very satisfied. Only thing that was any grip was the master shower. The rain forest in the shower should be removed the pressure in that shower is not good enough for it to work properly. Other than that the house was perfect and we had a great experience.

Work vacation with the whole family

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Any issues we had were quickly resolved either through text or with the property manager showing up within an hour to fix. The backyard was not really kept well, the grass was filled with leaves and never really maintained the whole month we were there. The pool was amazing but when the pool guy would come it would be filled with heavy amounts of chlorine which was not that great when my daughter wanted to swim every day. Overall we did enjoy the neighborhood and our stay

Super stay

Was here for over 1 month great hosts, enjoyed the fresh trees from the Mango tree. Was really comfortable for 4 men and my family came and stayed and enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beaches

Very Pleasant Experience

We stayed at this beautiful location over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and we were very happy about the property. Each time we reached out to Alex to bring an item to his attention, he responded promptly and provided the necessary items, and was very helpful. We would stay here again. My family loved watching the Iguana's in the trees behind the property too.

Awesome rental and location

When I say this property was everything it was. Very quiet area close to many stores and beaches. The communication with the property manager was superb from start to finish. I would highly recommend renting this property. Would love to rent again when we visit again.

Good but could be better for the price

We had a great stay at this property. I’ll list the pros and cons but overall it was a good property and we had a great stay. Pros -great property manager, was always available instantly. -nice house smaller than it looks in photos but was over all nice and in decent shape. -pool was clean, nice and warm -provided lots of beach towels -quiet neighborhood -very close to Hollywood beach -private backyard -provided toothbrushes, and toiletries Cons -the beds are awful! Some of the worst I’ve ever stayed on. -other than the main bath other bathrooms are really small -no pool toys we bought noodles and left them -no glasses except wine glasses and coffee mugs -ice maker in fridge didn’t work -area 2 blocks from house is iffy Overall great stay just some minor improvements needed for the price paid.

Four stars, BUT

Would definitely recommend this property to others because the layout worked for two families, pool was great, privacy, kids could be loud, and plenty of beds separate from each other in the house. Easy to jump on Hollywood blvd and get to Beach. Went south to avoid the broadwalk crowd. My only two criticisms would be 1. Need pool toys and beach equipment 2. Terrible mattresses! Too firm and painful for sleeping on your back or sides.

Nice Place

The property is lovely, spacious and clean. Management was very responsive. For example, we discovered the iron board was broken, messaged management and one was brought over immediately. The only complaints would be the beds, they felt like cardboard and the pool never heated up.

Really nice villa!

A very nice villa with a great pool area. Really nice and clean. They supplied supplied soap, toothbrushes etc that was a nice surprise. Really good property manager that replied immediately to any questions and offered assistance straight away.

Nice but...

This home is located in a quiet, residential area. It’s spacious and clean. Pretty nice house. The star of the place is the backyard where you can bbq, swim and chill in the gazebo. The one downfall of this place was the horrible water pressure in the bathrooms! If you’re going to advertise the spa shower and jacuzzi tub the water pressure should be set up to support the systems. My kids were excited to take a jacuzzi bath but at the rate the water came out it would have taken upwards of 5 hours for the tub to fill. Otherwise, the house is great for a family vacation. Hollywood beach is nearby and is a very clean and developed complete with “boardwalk” and all!

Excellent rental. Spacious,accommodating, and the pool and Mango tree in the back was excellent.

We had zero problems with this rental. Alex is very nice and the house is beautiful. Very spacious. The remote controls didn’t work and needed batteries but those were the only issues. We spent a lot of time st the house in the backyard at the pool and attempting to climb the Mango tree. We had a blast. My 40th was LIT.

Spacious house with a nice backyeard

The pool is smaller than what it looks like jn the pictures, but everything else was good. The house doesnt have even basic stuff that other houses i have previously been to would have like salt, pepper, paper towel, detergent and garbage bags, which the owner came and explained that some previous guest complained of food poisnoning or something, and thereafter the owner started removing everything their guests would leave on property for next guests, which I do understand, but thifs like paper towel, food wraps, aluminum foil, garbage bags can still be left there I feel like. Other than that everything was perfect. The location was so convenient too.

Clean, Modern, Great Location

We stayed here with two other couples and a few children. The house is brand new inside, super modern and clean. Everything was provided from sheets/towels to washer/dryer and all kitchen utensils/appliances and of course wifi. The layout was very comfortable for us, I loved that it was a single level but was still large enough for everyone to have their space. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, lots of closets and dressers for storage. We each had our own bathroom which is a huge plus. Each of us had our own car totalling 3 which we were all able to park in the driveway. The kitchen is beautiful, lots of counter space and we cooked every day! Sliding doors lead to the backyard from the kitchenette. The pool was a comfortable size, we were in there almost every day and on our second day someone came to clean it which was nice. Small gazebo for chilling in the shade and a grill too. The neighborhood itself is adorable, feels like mid century america in the best way. 5 minute drive to the beach, 20 minutes away from Miami and super close to groceries/restaurants/other shops. There was even two synagogues nearby which came in handy for us. Highly recommend this place, great for a family or group of friends. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the wonderful and pleasant experience!
