Our room was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful. It was kind of comical that one of the janitors walked around the lobby spraying air fresher so it even smelled fresh. Pool was pictureworthy with water fall.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience . We arrived at the FLL airport and went to the hotel shuttle check in area . We called the hotel to request the on demand shuttle at 2pm . We were advised by CJ that the druver would be on the way at 230. We figured 30 min was fine. At 255pm i called the hotel and tyrone told me that the shuttle driver would be notified and he did ntp know what happend prior.. We finally were picked up by the shuttle at 330pm. We waited 1.5 hrs. When we finally got to the hotel at 4pm . The check in individual was very apologetic. The manager Tyrone honestly did not seem to care and said he would have to find out what happened. Not even a true acknowledgement that this was not ok .We never heard a word... I have never had such a disappointing experience from a Holiday inn We booked in part for the shuttle . While we waited we say multiple shuttles go by 4 times. I would bever stay here again . If we had known we would have taken an uber or taxi . In fainess we could have walked faster .

We stayed one night while passing through Fort Lauderdale and would definitely stay here again. The staff provided excellent service, the room was spacious and very clean, and we appreciated having both a restaurant and bar onsite. The pool area is very nice and has a hot tub. The area near the hotel has a ton of shopping and dining options. It is an older property but it is clean and well maintained.
