This unit is as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Good alternative to a hotel room without the noise of a hotel hallway, loud voices, slamming doors, etc. Could perhaps use a table or countertop in the bathroom to place personal toiletries. Nicely stocked kitchen if you want to do some light cooking. Or a perfect location within short walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Walkable beach for two miles in either direction. We stayed at the beginning of the spring break season but this area was away from the madness. The Deerfield Beach area seems to be a largely a 50 crowd which was right up our alley. If we visit this part of Florida again we would definitely stay here.

Perfect location one block from the beach and just a bit secluded from the bustle of tourists. Very clean. For one or two people, this truly is ideal. Property managers were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Deerfield Beach Vacation

The proximity to the beach is less than a block. The beach itself is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Why even bother with the tropics? The restaurants are more than affordable and the food is great. We stayed in Suite 2. Everything was in perfect working Order. I especially loved The Shower. Very spacious and easily accessible. The 2 beach chairs and the beach umbrella came very handy. Thank youJoe and Mirka.

It was perfect for us. My sister and I went to attend my niece's bridal shower. The property was clean, spacious, quiet and in a great location, steps from the beach. We watched the sunrise every morning, and had a great stay. Will stay there again.

Clean, modern, and steps from the ocean

The apartment was spotless and seemed brand new. It was modern and light, and comfortable. The king size bed was on the soft side, which we love! The kitchen was tiny, but had all the essentials and we made and ate most of our meals there. Best of all was the one minute walk to the beach and the comfortable beach chairs provided. Restaurants, grocery stores and a nature preserve are all nearby.

Perfect Location

This 6 unit property is a fully refurbished “old time Florida” efficiency/motel. Just an easy stroll to the beach, pier and causal dining. We stayed in #2. We loved it’s new sleek finishes and comfy bed. Though we didn’t do any cooking, the small kitchen is more than adequate with a cooktop, oven and microwave. It made me want to stay awhile longer! Super clean bathroom and large TV were much appreciated. I wish all my finds on VRBO were this nice.
