Great location for vacation, 10 mins from most places you'd like to visit during a visit to Ft. Lauderdale, lyft prices to most places ranged from $5-10. Staff friendly and helpful and the property was well lit and maintained. No complaints, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I called to let them know my flight was a later flight around a week before we left for this trip. We planned to stay 1 night and then go on a cruise the next morning. They assured me that a “red eye” check in was fine. I have the receipt from orbit saying I booked a room with 2 queen beds but they only had 1 king bed available. I was told originally by the front desk that they were trying to move my room but couldn’t. I was then told another guest had an issue with her bathroom and was moved and only slept in one bed so half my party could sleep on the other “clean” bed. I said absolutely not! We had 4 people booked for this room, 3 adults and 1 child, and 1 had to sleep on the floor. I paid almost $500 for this room for only a few hours of sleep and a shower. The fact that someone had to sleep on the floor is atrocious! I asked for extra bedding and pillows for the floor and waited a while to finally even get them. I still haven’t heard from management and it’s been over a week. The morning front desk girl was nice but not sure how far my complaint went once I left. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rooms were clean but the furniture was dirty, stained and in need of some attention. The free airport shuttle is there, however we tried to use it they said “ the wait time will be about 20 minutes” Checked back after 40 minutes, they said now it would be about 20 minutes. We then choose Lift. Picked us up in less than 5 minutes. For less than $6 before tip, it was a no brainer.

Breakfast was ok. Some of the electrical outlets did not work in our room. You have to pay for valet parking we did not know this before making reservation. Very close to cruise port. I felt safe and it was very clean.
