The property needs a lot of maintenance. Our room had a water leak from the ceiling in bathroom and had to be moved. Both rooms beds were so hard you can feel the springs.

This is a budget motel, so it's not a top-of-the-line place. But it's near the swimming place we love, Tuncurry Rock Pool, so it's very convenient. We walk the 2km to the Forster side of the bridge to dine at the restaurants there.

I was able to book in on our way through town at a busy time. Our room had a kitchenette which was handy as we could buy casual and eat in. Staff we met were very friendly. It was handy to where we wanted to be.
