We paid for a king room but were given a queen room which was very disappointing given we had paid extra for the king room. When we got into the room we noticed there were dresses and other garments in the wardrobe, so it had not been properly cleaned and serviced. The room was very dated and is also in need of renovation. The side table lamps were red which made it impossible to use as light lights for reading. We have stayed here before but we’re very disappointed in the accommodation this time and will not be returning.

Screen on sliding door dirty, area outside room untidy. Toilet seat broken. Room was clean inside but externally more upkeep needs to be done. Checking in/out excellent and updates via text excellent.
