Newly refurbished to an extremely high standard, this stunning two bedroom cottage with woodburning stove, open plan living/dining room and full width sliding doors that open onto a West facing patio with patio furniture perfect for al fresco dining is the ultimate in comfort, luxury and relaxation. Surrounded by countryside, you'll be able to escape the hustle and bustle and relax in comfort and style. The two bedrooms are both en-suite and feature a rolltop bath and stand alone showers.

Burgie estate is 40 min from Inverness, 20 min from Elgin. The towns of Forres and Nairn are 10min and 25min away respectively. Slightly further a field Aviemore is 1hour away, Aberdeen is 1hour 40min, Fort William is 2hrs 30min and Perth is 2hrs 40min.

1 Mains of Burgie is a perfect base for the multiple activities on offer in the area. The area boasts multiple wild swimming opportunities from sea swimming in Nairn, Findhorn and Lossiemouth to Loch swims in Lochindorb and Loch Ness. We can not begin to list the walking and hiking opportunities in the area, though we do suggest starting with our own arboretum! If there is an outdoor activity you enjoy you will be able to find some where in the area that does it.
For history buffs the area is packed full of Castles, battlefields and Pictish forts.
Alternatively just relaxing in one of the hot tub with a glass of fizz watching the sunset over the hills.

I can’t say enough positive things out our experience! The house was absolutely lovely to be in for our stay up in Speyside. The beds were comfortable, shower and bath were amazing, the kitchen set up perfectly for us to cook two home cooked meals in, and most importantly we were able to have fires to warm us up and provide a great setting for our nights. We also had A+ service after a small miscommunication as we checked in. Highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to Northern Scotland!
