Very peaceful house,near the town center,not far from the wood.The building is located in the village of Flluminimaggiore at the foot of Mount Argentu and along the River Fluminimannu, on the southwest coast of Sardinia (Costa Verde) exactly in the mining area of Sulcis-antimony. Distance from the sea only 10 minutes by car. The nearest beach is to Portixeddu and Buggerrru. The nearest beach is to Portixeddu and Buggerru.
Charming is the landscape by contrasting colors: yellow ocher dell'Arenile to black and gray of the cliffs and rocks until the green vegetation that is ideal for all lovers of sea bathing and sun, that they find this place a 'enchanting atmosphere and great tranquility.
For lovers of diving and snorkeling excursions to the rocky seabed territory offers rich flora and fauna. Not far away are Cala Domestica, Capo Pecora, Scivu and Pools (these desolate and wild).
Piscinas is famous for its dunes are unique in the world as high as 50 meters and go in the 'hinterland for almost 2 km.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, gepflegtes Haus mit nicht einsehbarem Garten, gute Lage (Einkäufe Gastronomien sind fussläufig erreichbar), viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Von kurzzeitigen Bautätigkeiten abgesehen, sehr ruhig.

Das kleine Häuschen in Flumini ist wunderschön. Es hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben auch den Garten sehr genossen.Die Besitzerin Pinuccia war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge.Schöne Strände ringsum, mit dem Auto in 15 min zu erreichen.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schön war's!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, jeweils angereist zm persönlichen Empfang und Abschied. Ein mit alten Möbeln sehr wohnlich und komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus, das wir - ohne Kenner zu sein - als typisch sardisch einschätzen würden; zugleich auch ein kleines "Museum" mit vielen Details, im besten Sinne! Gut eingerichtete moderne Küche. In abgeschlossener kleinstädtischer Lage, mit einem sehr schönen kleinen Garten und einem überdachten Freisitz. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Wir, ein Seniorenpaar, haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Charmantes Häuschen und sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Pina (die sehr gut englisch spricht) und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Es ist das Haus ihrer Großmutter, das Pina ihren Gästen zur Verfügung stellt. Es ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. (Nur ein Tipp: ein paar mehr Haken oder Regale, um Einkäufe oder Klamotten zu verstauen wären toll.) Fluminimaggiore hat uns als Ort sehr gefallen. Leider hatten wir am Ende zu wenig Zeit, auch einmal eine Bar oder ein Restaurant auszuprobieren. Das nehmen wir uns fürs nächste Mal vor. Vielen Dank, Pina und Pino!!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem ehemaligen Bergbaustädtchen

Das liebevoll renovierte und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert war Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, geologische Erkundungen und natürlich Strandaufenthalte am herrlichen Sandstrand. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich mit Gebäck und Wein begrüßt, alles super sauber und chick. Wir hoffen, wieder kommen zu können. Im Ort ausreichende Einkaufsmöglickeiten und leckere Pizzerien (wir empfehlen die herausragende Pizzeria "a modo nostro"). Wunderbare Landschaft, total entspannte Gegend. Einzig die vielen verlassenen Häuser in Fluminimaggiore werfen eine etwas triste Stimmung auf das Städtchen

Schönes Ferienhaus in einem authentischen Dorf

Während unserer Rundreise auf Sardinien haben wir eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit Garten verbracht. Wir sind sehr nett von Pinuccia und ihrem Mann empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet worden. Zur Begrüßung gab es Gebäck und einige Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die ersten Tage war es sehr heiß und wir haben nach unseren Ausflügen den schattigen Garten und vor allem die Aussendusche genossen. Wir sind mit dem Rad gefahren, wir waren wandern und ganz viel schwimmen. Der schöne Strand von Portixeddu ist gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen (10 km). Das Dorf Fluminimaggiore haben wir geliebt. Es ist sehr authentisch, wenig touristisch und alles da, was man als Selbstversorger braucht, Metzger, Bäcker, Fisch-, Käse- und Gemüseladen, kleine Supermärkte, einige Bars und Restaurants. Besonders empfehlen können wir Da Antonio, der Chef kocht selbst und bemüht sich sehr um seine Gäste. Vielen Dank an Pinuccia und ihren Mann für den tollen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus

Agréable maison de famille dans un très joli coin

Très belle maison authentique bien restaurée et meublée avec un soucis du détail. Joli petit jardin arboré où l'on peut passer du temps. Schönes historisch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes kleines, gemütliches Häuschen mit Garten und schattiger Terrasse und ganz besonderem Ambiente. Alles war sehr sauber und an die frisch gepflückten Feigen und Zitronen werden wir uns immer erinnern. Die Toreinfahrt ist zwar etwas enger, aber auch mit unserem Seat Alhambra gut machbar gewesen.

Liebevoll renoviertes sardisches Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Fluminimaggiore sehr genossen. Frau Pinuccia Piras hat uns sehr freundlich mit Wein und Kuchen empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Es handelt sich um das Haus ihrer Großmutter, das mit sehr viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail renoviert wurde und mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Garten ist romantisch und schattig mit Zitronen-, Feigen- und Kastanienbaum. Alle Geschäfte im Ort sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, es gibt auch ein paar Pizzerien. Unbedingt ausprobieren: Laden mit Käse und frischer Pasta gleich um die Ecke! Die Hofeinfahrt ist etwas eng, war aber mit einem Fiat 500L gut machbar. Überhaupt ist ein Auto für die Entdeckung der sehr abwechslungsreichen, interessanten Umgebung empfehlenswert. Wer Traumstrände sucht wird hier ebenso fündig, wie Liebhaber von Berg-und Küstenwanderungen.

Flumminimaggiorefeigen...

Wir haben in unserer Reisezeit Sept/Oktober (ab 23.09.2021) noch heiße Tage erlebt und da war nicht nur der Strand San Nicolo (ca. 11 Km entfernt) mit weitem Blick aufs Meer ein Glück, sondern auch der schattige Garten des sardischen Hauses mit reifen Feigen! Die Vermieterin Pinuccia Piras war von großer Freundlichkeit. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet, gut vor Sonnenlicht geschützt; das obere Stockwerk etwas wenig schallgedämpft nach unten..Das Haus liegt am Rande von Flumminimaggiore, ringsherum wohnen keine Touristen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pizzerien (mind. 2) und ital. Bars befinden sich in guter Nähe. Uns scheint der Einsatz eines Autos fast unerlässlich für Unternehmungen. Die Garteneinfahrt fürs Auto ist etwas eng und bedarf Fahrersorgfalt. Wenn wir wieder in den Südwesten Sardiniens fahren, bleibt diese Adresse vorrangig. Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht in der Nähe, deshalb ist ein Kommunikation vor Ankunft wichtig. Super schöner Urlaub in Flumini!

Wir hatten 7 Nächte in Fluminimaggiore. Penuccia ist eine sehr gastfreundliche, bemühte Vermieterin, die uns sofort mit allem ausgeholfen hat. Das Haus ist alt aber mit Liebe gepfelgt und ausgestattet, einem wunderschönen privaten Garten und bequemen Betten. Wenn es nicht so heiß gewesen wäre, hätten wir die traumhafte Umgebung noch mehr genießen können - so wurde es immer der Strand, der mit seinem glasklaren Wasser trotzdem mehr als überzeugt hat. Bäcker und Pizzerien in Laufnähe! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, danke für alles, Penuccia!

Excellent séjour !!

Un vieux figuier embaume délicieusement le joli jardin. La maison est charmante et très bien située dans le village qui est authentique et très animé. La plage la plus proche est sublime et se situe qu’à 12 minutes de voiture. L’ endroit est idéal pour découvrir la région qui est vraiment magnifique. Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Pinuccia !! Nous recommandons vivement ! Encore merci nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Eine echte Empfehlung.

Netter Ort und Haus mit kleinem Garten. Für Selbstversorger ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Das Fahrzeug sollte nicht zu breit sein, sonst wird es mit der Tordurchfahrt etwas knapp (BMW 216 hat rechts und links eine Handbreit Platz.

Eine schöne Woche in Fluminimaggiore

Schönes altes Haus, welches liebevoll und hochwertig renoviert wurde. Absolut ruhige Lage in mitten des Dorfes. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer und Supermarkt waren fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns (zu viert) dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Nette Vermieter! Das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte: die Decke zwischen den beiden großen Schlafräumen ist sehr dünn und dadurch extrem hellhörig. Wenn über mir aufgestanden wurde, war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Außerdem wäre eine größere Espresso-Kanne hilfreich aber sonst war an Geschirr alles da. Gracie! Ciao Piluccia!

Sehr individuelles sardisches Haus. Waren fast die einzigen Touristen. Nette Vermieterin. Frühstück in der Sonne. Bäcker und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Herrlicher Strand in 20min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nur unsere eigenen Bettbezüge vermisst.
