Além de aspecto sujo, falta manutenção e produtos básicos que fazem parte de uma hospedaria. Chuveiro não esquenta, vaso sanitário solto e caixa d'água não funciona, roupas de cama manchados e rasgados (principalmente as cobertas), colchão fino e deformado, travesseiros finos e bem utilizados. Móveis velhos cheios de cupins. Bom foram 2 dias muito ruins.

I got a lot for my money, a big two room apartment with a balcony. I did not appreciate having to pay to leave my luggage after checkout. Breakfast was OK. Hotel is definitely worth the money.

Foi uma das piores hospedagem que tivemos, deu tudo errado. O primeiro quarto com armário cheio de cupim. Depois que avisamos, prontamente nos ofereceram outro quarto. Neste outro, a noite a água do chuveiro não esquentava, e teve um dia, que não esquentou nem uma vez. A chave (cartão) do quarto não funcionou, e não tinham a chave reserva para abrir prontamente. Tivemos que esperar quase 1 hora para resolverem o problema. As roupas de cama, precisam ser trocadas, pois estão muito velho. Infelizmente não gostaria de dar esta avaliação, mas me senti prejudicado com esta estadia.

Razoável, escolhi o hotel pela localização, visto que ia só dormir e ja sair cedinho no dia seguinte. Não passa uma impressão de limpeza, principalmente o banheiro. Armário com prateleiras quebradas, ar condicionado antigo que tive dificuldade de ajustar por ser alto. Mofo em alguns locais. Ao acordar, fiquei mais de 5 minutos tentando esquentar a água do chuveiro, tentei enviar WhatsApp para a recepção (que foi me orientado ser um canal mais fácil) para saber se tinha algum problema e não tive resposta. Nao consegui tomar banho, pois a água estava muito gelada e já não tinha mais tempo. Café da manhã bem simples, mas ok..

NÃO ALUGUEM! Reservei por 4 dias esse hotel e foi a pior experiência que tive. Motivos: 1- Descarga quebrada 2- Toalhas e lençóis da cama com cabelo e encardidas 3- Móveis do quarto em estado precário 4- Funcionários desmotivados 5- Café da manhã horrível, comida fria e sem sabor, nada haver com as fotos do anúncio. Passarinhos no refeitório, não há a devida reposição da comida, as mesas não são limpas com frequência. 6- Cartões magnéticos que dão problema com frequência. 7- Localização ruim para ter acesso a supermercados baratos e comidas regionais, resumindo tudo caro. Pontos positivos: 1- Apenas o valor da diária, mas se tivessemos lido os comentários antes, com certeza eu não alugaria novamente, prefiro alugar algo mais caro ou um 4irBnB.

Nunca fiquei em um hotel tão podre. Nojento demais. quarto 201 estava apocaliptico. O ar condicionado não funcionava, tive que usar minhas blusas para me aquecer, lâmpada da cabeceira não funcionava. frigobar nem tentei ligar pq estava nojento. banheiro tinha uma goteira bem no meio e a lâmpada não ascendia, tinha que usar a iluminação do espelho. Sinal de WI-FI falhando o tempo todo. a cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro unidas, usaram 3 lençois para cobrir a cama. Pra acessar as tomadas eu tive que arrastar a cama. Agora vem a pior parte: O box tinha gordura nos rejuntes, bem grosso, gordura humana. Me arrependi de ter confiado nas avaliações de Hoteis, depois que eu estava lá fui ver as avaliações no google e só reclamação. Pior experiência da minha vida quanto a acomodação. Em compensação, o atendimento dos funcionários é nota 1000. Todos muito simpáticos, dá até dó que eles devem ter que lidar com muita gente revoltada por causa das condições precárias do hotel.

A manutenção esstava muito ruim, torneira pingando dia e noite, as vezes ela soltava de vez e ficava lietaralmente aberta, caindo água como quem está usando para lavar o rosto. Tinha que ficar apertando para conseguir fechar novamente. O chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente e várias vezes paroou por completo de sair água, no meio do banho; o estacionamento é enorme (descoberto e ruim de descarregar), porém, custa R$ 50,00/diária (não informada antes, apenas no checkin). A localização é boa para trabalho, mas não para passeio.

O chuveiro não esquentava. No teto do banheiro tinha um buraco que ficava pingando água, se você estivesse utilizando o vaso, a água fica pingando em você. Os cobertores, estão encardido, bem manchados. O café da manhã e muito bom, com bastante variedades. Tanto o recepcionista que nós recebeu, como a do checkout, fora muito educados. O estacionamento você tem que pagar a parte o valor de R$50,00 reais por diária.

Gostei muito da hospedagem. A localização perto de tudo ,o atendimento foi excelente, todos muito atenciosos e educados. As roupas de cama estavam bem limpas e branquinhas, trazendo uma sensação de conforto e cuidado. O café da manhã também estava muito bom, com variedades e tudo muito saboroso. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Equipe muito atenciosa e educada! Localizacao excelente, proximo da rodoviaria, Av. Rio Branco, supermercado e uma curta caminhada da ponte Hercilio Luz e de todo o comercio central. Bom sinal WIFI e bom cafe da manha. O quarto prwcisa de pequenos reparos, pois ha cupins destruindo os moveis e o chuveiro nao esquenta, alem dos registros de temperaturas estarem trocados.
