El lugar es lindo depende el departamento que te toque, está equipado. Un día empezó a llover y al rato se nos inundó el lugar y las cosas, la respuesta de los dueños y de las chicas que trabajaban ahí fue inmediata y buena. Nos pasaron a otro departamento, no tan lindo y no tenía lugar para guardar las cosas, y no moderno como el anterior. Y luego por cortesía nos llevaron a otra posada mucho mejor. La ubicación es buena, estás cerca de una de las playas más tranquilas y limpias, y eso es buenísimo. Pero la noche no hay mucho por hacer en Santinho no hay una parte céntrica que visitar o comprar artesanía o tomar algo, eso está en dos ingleses (lo haces caminando, pero con cuidado) o Canasvieiras. En la noche es muy metido u oscuro y tenés que andar con precaución, aunque nunca nos pasó nada sospechoso. Es para ir de vacaciones de mucha mucha tranquilidad.

chegamos na pousada a noite a pessoa que nos recebeu nao sabia de nossa reserva, tenttou entrar em contato com a proprietária eo nao conseguiu e me falou que eu poderia procurar outra posada caso eu quisesse. eu com uma criança pequena tivemos que aguardar boa vontade dela sair e voltar apos uma hora ate ela conseguir contato com a responsavel para confirmar minha reserva. mesmo mostranto a reserva impresa ela nao deixou se hospedar

A pousada fica em uma pequena rua, tranquila e de localização estratégica, fica entre as praias do santinho e ingleses. Comércio perto, tais cm mercado, farmácia e posto de combustível, lugar agradável e por um preco muito acessível.

Hotel razoável a 5 min a pé da praia do Santinho

O quarto atendeu nossas necessidades com geladeira, fogão, microondas e ar condicionado. Fomos bem atendidos pela Linda. A parte ruim foi que a TV pifou no 2 dia de estadia e mesmo com a informação que o técnico iria arrumar acabou não acontecendo e demos o azar dos 2 primeiros dias estarem chovendo na cidade assim ficamos sem praia e sem TV. O motor do portão automático tbm pifou .. Outro adendo foi no nosso último dia de estadia que chegaram novos hóspedes que ficaram com música alta até mais de 23h sendo que tem uma placa informando sobre barulho, mas como a responsável Linda que cuida da pousada fica em uma casa em frente fica difícil de ela repreender esse pessoal que foge as regras.

Passeio maravilhoso.

O apart q loquei é ótimo. Muito bem planejada em termos de espaço, com armários embutidos e lugar pra muita coisa. Tudo novinho e muito bonito. Me surpreendeu bastante e superou minhas expectativas. A pousada fica na praia do santinho, a ultima praia do litoral Norte, um lugar lindo. Da pousada até a praia tem um acesso por trilha, mas fica bem próximo (pelo menos eu achei). É uma praia muito calma, mar aberto (imprópria para banho por causa das ondas . Mas o bairro é bem estruturado e tem tudo q a gente precisa bem pertinho. Pra quem gosta de badalação porém acho q deuza um pouco desejar. Não exploramos muito porque temos um perfil mais caseiro. Também, pra quem quiser evitar o trânsito (Q é MEDONHO) ja a opção de se deslocar com os ônibus (interpraias) q percorre todas as praias do litoral Norte e passa a uma quadra da pousada, com horários bem pontuais. Não deixe de conhecer a praia do forte, a mais linda do litoral Norte na minha opinião. Também muito tranquila e pouco frequentada. Para quem gosta de descanso

Acesso ruim e deficiências no quarto

Trata-se de quitinetes para aluguel de temporada e não uma pousada. Não há portaria e nem pessoas para atendimento 24 horas. O estacionamento tem acesso ruim e só cabe 4 carros, sendo que é impossível deixar o veículo na rua pois é muito apertada. O banheiro cheirava a esgoto e é muito apertado, tendo que passar de lado no vaso para o acesso ao box. O quarto estava com o chão sujo. As toalhas e o lençol estavam limpos, entretanto o lençol era antigo e apresentava furos.
