The location and beach access were excellent, which is the main reason this isn’t a one-star stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of what was advertised.
Half of the beds had no sheets upon arrival. Despite clear communication that there were two guests, only one towel was provided, which meant my friend couldn’t shower one morning. When additional towels were eventually dropped off, they were left on the shoe mat on the ground.
The living room has no air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot. The hot tub does not work at all, even though it is highlighted in the listing title and is a major reason we booked the place. On top of that, the hot water didn’t work, so I had to take a cold shower.
Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations and certainly should not be described as “luxury.”
