Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas y no están acordes al parámetro de 4 estrellas que dicen ostentar, las amenities existen pero no están en buenas condiciones. Las habitaciones son incómodas y viejas, las cama es dura e incómoda. Tuvimos problemas con nuestro baño, el cual perdía agua por el inodoro y por el lava manos, dejando un olor insoportable, problema que tardaron 3 días en solucionar, sin cambiarnos de habitación. El personal de mantenimiento y servicio muy cordial, a excepción del personal de la recepción de turno mañana, con el cual vivimos una experiencia muy desagradable, donde nos trató mal por no querer ayudarnos a tempranas horas del día, con un trato muy descortés hacia los huéspedes, nada de digno de un hotel.

Ótima estadia. Hotel confortável, com vários ambientes e boas comodidades. Como estava frio, a piscina interna aquecida foi muito útil. Atendentes simpáticos, boa limpeza, proximidade da praia excelente.

Minha estadia no Hotel Praia Brava

Minha estadia foi excelente, hotel limpo, organizado, oferece boas comodidades como restaurante, aparelhos de academia e piscina fria e aquecida, o que foi excelente no período do inverno. Só acrescento que nas duas estadias que estive neste hotel, constatei que as torneiras e os chuveiros, mesmo apertando bem, não fecham completamente e vaza água. O hotel tem que verificar as instalações hidráulicas.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização para ir a praia, atendimento muito bom pelos funcionários. Agora ele é antigo e precisa de algumas melhorias.O quarto é espaçoso mas a cama de casal péssima são duas camas juntas realmente isso eu me irritou pois a cama meche e fica o vão entre as duas precisam urgente arrumar isso.Quem é casal quer uma cama de casal ñ duas de solteiro juntas.O café é bem variado mas os bolos sao secos precisam trocar de fornecedor o restante estava ok.

Decepcionante, pois escolhemos esse hotel pelo único motivo, que é piscina aquecida,mas para nossa tristeza a piscina nao estava aquecida quando chegamos no sabado as 14h e fomos informados que passou por manutenção e que até fim do dia estaria aquecida , e nada, nem mesmo no outro dia a piscina ficou quente. Fui com criança e idoso para desfrutar da agua quente e foi bem frustrante sair do hotel sem o banho de piscina quente. O café da manha muito bom. O quarto bem razoável mediano.
