The room's walls, closet and furniture were old and deteriorated. The floor under the bed had some garbage and was dusty as well. The AC system was damaged and did not cool off the entire living area, only the bedrroom.The mattress and pillows were old and very unfomfortable to sleep on. I had a very rough night sleep.

Equipe muito simpática, atenciosa e eficiente. Bom café da manhã. Quarto com ótimo tamanho. Hotel conta com uma copa com água filtrada (gelada, natural e quente para chás) e microondas. Pontos negativos: O aspecto do quarto é de pouca conservação. Exemplos: limpeza do banheiro deixa a desejar (box com limo e parede amarelada); piso do quarto com aspecto sujo e desgastado. Conclusão: apesar das ressalvas, retornaria com muita convicção, visto a estrutura, localização e custo x benefício.

O hotel foi nossa escolha de passagem de férias por Florianópolis. Uma atenção especial a equipa da receção: Poliana, Daniel, Vitor e a Júlia que foram atenciosos desde a chegada até a nossa saída. Uma atenção a colaboradora do pequeno almoço que deu atenção especial quando perguntamos sobre itens sem glúten. Só deixamos uma nota sobre cobrar gelo. Pedimos um copo com gelo e foi nos informado que o mesmo tem custo. Primeira vez que fico num hotel que cobra por gelo, e não empresta um abridor de garrafa. São pontos a serem revistos no meu ver. Coloquem uma calção sobre o abridor de garrafa no quarto caso o mesmo não seja devolvido e terem atenção sobre o gelo. São as únicas ressalvas que fazemos. De resto estava tudo incrível.
