Booked the apartment, was told it had A/C (was in the listing - since removed after we booked). When we arrived the A/C was broken. They supplied some fans. There was no cutlery at all in the unit, the toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet, the shower took a while to drain. The floor was coming up in the bathroom. Dining room table, and a couple other chairs was all the seating. Not as described in add. Wish we would have been notified about the A/C ahead of time. Found a review from June saying NO A/C, after we were told it just broke. We booked last year. They had plenty of time to get it fixed. If they offered refunds at all we would have taken it and gone somewhere else, that could have given them the time to fix the A/C. Overall seamed like a lack of upkeep, and attention to detail. Location was the bright spot, was loud with the windows open and fans on. With a little TLC could be a good place to stay.

Denied entry to the prepaid room, no refund given

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Despite paying for our room months in advance and successfully checking-in via an external link, we arrived to the apartment address only to find that we couldn’t unlock the front door. We called the host, and he told us he had canceled our reservation and already booked it for other people. He never communicated to us in advance that our reservation was canceled, even though we already paid for the room in full and checked in. The host and hotels.com did not refund us for the room! We were cheated out of hundreds of dollars due to this situation.

Très mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire, l'application Vikey est trop compliquée, on a besoin de wifi pour ouvrir les portes dans l'application et les données mobiles ne fonctionnaient pas ! Le pire de mes séjours ! Appartement n'avait pas de climatisation, pas top lorsqu'il fait 36 degrés, pas de machine à café, dommage, l'appartement est très joli et confortable !
