Piattellina 8 Apartment

Cozy apartment, suitable for families or groups of friends, located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops. All the main attractions are easily accessible on foot. It consists of: two double bedrooms (all beds are divisible), a living area with dining table and sofa, an equipped kitchen and to complete the property there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .

great family stay in Florence

Highly recommended spot for a stay with the family. Great restaurants all around, supermarket close by, walking distance to downtown and all the main attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious apartment with good A/C. We would stay here again.

Lovely unit in historic area of Florence

My sister, her friend and I visited Florence from the U.S. for the first time in early June and we really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It’s very spacious and the location is fantastic, south of the river in the older section of Florence, not too loud and next to a beautiful piazza. A company (Homeaway, I believe) manages this listing, and a member of their team greeted us on arrival and showed us the apartment and answered all of our questions. I forget his name, but he was very funny and gave us some great tips for things to see and do in Florence. Just be sure to note that there is a late fee for check in after 8 pm! The apartment was very clean, and even had two bathrooms with a shower in each. There are some amazing restaurants, breakfast spots, gelato places and bars if you walk east along the river from the apartment. We generally found these spots to be better deals with more locals than the north side of the river. Thank you for an amazing stay! I absolutely recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again on a future trip.

Nice Place

Great little apartment. Only thing I would suggest is the addition of a dryer. The property manager was onsite and onetime and extremely friendly and helpful.
