Great location but very disorganized

The place itself was really nice, definitely has lots of potential, was exactly how it looked in the pictures, and the location was absolutely amazing!! So central and perfect distance from all tourist attractions. That being said, we were very disappointed with the check in to start, there was no communication and we ended up locked outside, let in by friendly locals who were kind enough to direct us inside, but we had to wait in the hallway for over 30 minutes waiting to be let in. Also we were super disappointed that they charged a cleaning fee because when we got there, the previous renters garbage was still there, and the place could have used some extra care. The stove didn’t work, which luckily wasn’t a problem for us but would have been nice to be told before we got there, and the sink in the washroom didn’t drain properly. We were also given a limited amount of toilet paper and when we ran out we weren’t able to get any more… overall our stay was good because the location was worth the extra issues but we were not happy with the problems throughout our stay.

Great location!

Property is right around the corner from Ponte Vecchio, great location, lots of restaurants and wine shops within walking distance. Bathroom is on entry level and bed is up a steep and narrow staircase, so a little tricky for nighttime bathroom visits. Air conditioner didn't work so room was very stuffy at night. Texted the host a few times regarding check out but did not get a response.

Knapp befriedigend, die Lage aber sehr gut

Der größte Vorzug ist die Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Das Apartment war auf den ersten Blick sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, erwies sich dann aber als weniger praktisch für den Gebrauch. Treppe zum Schlafbereich grenzwertig. Kein Essplatz, spärlicher Schrankplatz. Wichtige Dinge wie Kochtöpfe, Kaffeemaschine oder mind. Espressokanne, Brotmesser, Korkenzieher fehlten, ebenso Garderobenhaken für die Überbekleidung. Eine Grundausstattung mit z.B. Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker, Öl etc. sowie Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler waren nicht vorhanden, auch keine Wischlappen oder Küchenpapier. Schaufel für den Handfeger oder Handstaubsauger Fehlanzeige. Lampe auf Kommode im Schlafbereich und Tischlampe ohne Funktion, auf Nachfrage Antwort: "Wissen wir auch nicht, wie die angeht." TV-Programm nur mit italienischen Kanälen, kein CNN oder Ähnliches! TV nur vom Bett aus zu sehen. Hier bleibt Raum für Verbesserung!!! Ansonsten: Sauberkeit war nicht zu beanstanden. Umgebung wohltuend ruhig. Garage delle Terme nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.
