Enjoyed the area. Close enough to get to the river and across (8 blocks) and was glad to get out of all the chaos back to an area with a neighborhood feel. Second bathroom was quite small ( shower toilet all in same room ).

This was a fantastic, spacious apartment for our family of 4. We initially had an issue with the WiFi and host communicated very well, and sent a technician to fix it very quickly. The neighborhood is wonderful - far enough away from the crowds of tourists to enjoy a quieter side of Florence, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to be in the center of all of the major tourist attractions.

We loved the little Flat for its location. We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, see the sites, museums and it was an easy walk to the Arno River for sunset gatherings and to the train station. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. The beds were just OK with inadequate pillows. My partner and I had to share a pillow because the other one was very hard.
