This is a charmingly, beautiful old hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. What stood out the most was the gracious and polite staff. They were genuinely professional and made you feel so welcome. The desk manager took down notes regarding my departure needs and helped me with a taxi to the airport at four in the morning. This is also conveniently located near the train terminal. It’s easy walking distance from the Duomo and all of the other historic sites.

The hotel was great, there was a leak under the sink, they sent someone to fix it quickly. The building was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was great and you can access the coffee machine all daylong. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. Very close to the Duomo. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence!!
