Saint Pierre la Mer, in a residence, beautiful small and charming house, fully renovated, quietly located 500m walking distance from the beach, with sea view and private parking.
2 private communal pools with children’s pool:

• Eaux Vives 2: open from 1/7 to 30/09
• Eaux Vives 1: open from 01/06 Shorts prohibited, swimwear required.
Shops, restaurants, and a daily market 500m away.

1 bedroom with a double bed 1.90m x 1.40m.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 2m x 0.80m (possible to make it into one double bed).
Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen with all facilities. TV (antenna + Chromecast), radio CD, Bluetooth speaker with charging cable, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob.
Furnished terrace + garden furniture.

Deposit of €300 to be paid 10 days before key handover, to be arranged with the owner or by cheque.

Sehr günstig gelegenes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.Gut gelegen zur Ortsmitte und allen notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Vollständig eingerichtet mit allen Dingen für das tägliche Leben.Kühlschrank, Tiefkühltruhe, Waschmaschine und auch eine Klimaanlage sind neben Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Grill vorhanden.Die Übergabe der Wohnung war problemlos.Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal, bei 4 Personen vielleicht etwas zu eng, wohin dann mit Koffern oder Taschen?Für einen Aufenthalt am Mittelmeer auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!

Zauberhaftes Häuschen

Wir haben hier mit unseren Kindern (11 und 7 Jahre alt) 12 tolle Tage verbracht. Die Kommunikation erfolgte bereits unmittelbar nach der Buchung und war bis zuletzt sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, ebenfalls die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, die Küche ist wie in der Anzeige angegeben gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit der Terrasse ist sehr schön gestaltet und großzügig, bestens geeignet für Familien. Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Gerne kommen wir wieder

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location bien équipée pour 4 personnes. Station balneaire animée, il y a beaucoup de restaurants , un marché quotidien . Il nous fallait 10 min à pied pour aller à la plage. Nous recommandons!!

Perfekte Unterkunft für entspannten Urlaub

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - Haus liegt ruhig, sehr ordentlich und sauber, alles Notwendige vorhanden inkl. Waschmaschine! Der Weg zum sehr gepflegten, großen Pool der Ferienanlage ist sehr kurz (Herren benötigen eng anliegenden Badehose, keine Shorts).

Klein vakantiehuis met alles ‘erop en eraan’, mooie tuin met uitzicht en goede ligging op loopafstand van strand en restaurants. Enige nadeel is dat je als man/ jongvolwassene in het zwembad geen zwemshort aan mag; en zeer strenge zwembad regels in het algemeen

Location très bien pensée, avec tous les éléments indispensables à un séjour confortable. L'emplacement est au top, la piscine est très proche, sans avoir l'inconvénient du bruit. La communication avec les propriétaires est fluide et la personne qui nous accueille est très sympathique. Tout est réuni pour des vacances agréables !

Deux semaines de vacances très agréables dans une jolie maison proche du centre et de la mer

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances au sein de cette jolie maison. Celle-ci est très bien équipée et bien agencée. L’annonce décrit parfaitement la réalité. Le propriétaire ainsi que la dame de ménage sont arrangeants (concernant l’heure d’arrivée par exemple) et disponibles. La maison est située dans les hauteurs de Saint-Pierre-la-mer mais proche du centre et de la mer. La terrasse est grande et permet de bien profiter de l’extérieur, au soleil ou à l’ombre. Nous nous réjouissons déjà d’y retourner !
