A 55-inch smart TV with a soundbar provides first-class entertainment. Carefully selected accessories and the ability to customize the room’s lighting create a relaxed atmosphere that helps you leave the stress of everyday life behind and promises comfort and a sense of well-being. The kitchen is designed as a separate room and is fully equipped. In addition to a ceramic cooktop and an electric oven, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a food processor, and a blender. All necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and spices are provided, so you won’t have to do without any comforts. The amenities are complemented by dish towels and cleaning supplies.

The apartment features modern Scandinavian furnishings and includes two separate bedrooms as well as an open-concept bedroom on a loft in the attic.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the stylishly furnished and light-filled living and dining room. Here you’ll also find a large smart TV for entertainment. In total, there are two large box-spring beds and one smaller double bed. A special highlight is the rooftop terrace, which is accessible from the loft. The new and fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering. The apartment features a modern shower room and an additional guest restroom, which also houses the washing machine. Despite the building’s central location in the historic Burghof, there is unfortunately no elevator.
During the modernization and renovation of the apartment, special care was taken to preserve existing historic elements in order to create a charming atmosphere.

Information on Getting There and Parking
Please note that there is no elevator in this historic building. Since parking in the city center can be challenging, we recommend the nearby Norderstraße parking garage or the parking garage on Speicherlinie, where you can easily rent a parking space. However, short-term stopping directly in front of the building for loading and unloading is no problem.
