Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Anreise und Übergabe war top. Der Hausverwalter war sehr flexibel und war nach kürzester Zeit vor Ort um uns in alle Einzelheiten ein zu weisen, obwohl wir keine genaue Ankunftszeit geben konnten. Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Haus.

sind von Schweden besseres gewohnt

Wir machen seit 2009 regelmäßig in Schweden Urlaub. Hier waren wir das erste Mal nicht so zu frieden. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist okay. Wäre alledings für 8 Personen, wie bei FEWO beschrieben, zu klein. Es gibt auch keine zwei Bäder, sondern nur eine Dusche und ein WC. Wir buchen immer Häuser mit Boot und Motor. Wir mieten auch gern den Motor zusätzlich. Das sollte laut Beschreibung möglich sein. Leider war es diesmal nicht so. Der Teppich im Wohnbereich war voller Haare ( eventuell von Hunde ). Ärgerlich war die Endabrechnung der Stromkosten. Da wir im Sommer in Schweden noch nie Stromkosten bezahlt haben und auf der Rechnung ein Betrag als bezahlter Betrag stand und nicht pro KWh, waren wir sehr überrascht nochmals fast 100 € zu bezahlen. Das müsste bei den Zusatzkosten mit aufgeführt werden. Im Außenbereich haben wir die Sauna und den Wirlpool sehr genossen. Der Gasgrill war wegen Sauberkeit nicht benutzbar. Wir haben das Beste aus unserer Urlaubszeit gemacht Peter und Sylvia sowie Peter und Marion

schönes Ferienhaus

Haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen, unserem Hund hat es auch viel Spaß gemacht. Der See war nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt, die Lage ist absolut ruhig und idyllisch mit Blick ins Grüne von der sehr großzügigen Terrasse. Sauna und Whirlpool waren toll zum entspannen. Im Haus war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet zum selbst kochen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Anders als erwartet.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und würden niemandem empfehlen, hierhin zu reisen. Wir waren nur zu zweit und mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen. Das Haus war nicht sauber, Toilettentür läasst sich nicht schließen, Toilettenbrille rutscht, Betten sind sehr weich und schmal, es gibt kein Doppelbett, nur Einzelbetten. Auf dem Dachboden ist eine Doppe-Matratze, aber dort möchte man sichnicht aufhalten. Der See ist nichtvom Grundstück zu erreichen, sondern durch eine Straße getrennt. Es gibt einen Bootssteg, aber keinen Strand- oder Liegeplatz. Mit Hund zu reisen, ist nicht empfehlenswert, weil das Nachbarhaus nur 10 m entfernt steht und sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück befindet. Als unsere Nachbarn mit5 Hunden eingezogen sind, gab es nur noch Stress, so dass wir nach 2 Tagen abgereist sind.

Super Haus mit großartigem Vermieter

Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, modern, sauber und bringt alles mit, was für einen schönen Schwedenurlaub nötig ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und seinem Kollegen war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Es war ein toller Urlaub und selten bin ich traurig, wenn es vorbei ist. Dieses Mal war es so. John, vielen Dank, dass wir in deinem Ferienhaus wohnen durften.

Toll!

Ich empfehle das Haus. Die Einrichtung ist schön, ein großes Grundstück gehört dazu. Alles in allem ist es eine schöne, ruhige Gegend. Ein Traumurlaub abseits von Hektik und Stress. Wir kommen wieder.
