Chris is an amazing host, ready to help with any questions. He is very welcoming, the place is amazingly well supplied with all necessities, in the kitchen, bathroom, and very comfortably and handsomely furnished. The place is set on his property, which itself is great, we all visited with his chickens, goats, and pigs, and Chris offered us many dozens of fresh farm eggs. He gave us great advice on winter hikes, lent us snowshoes, and also very good suggestions for different slopes we should try at Fernie.As you can see the views from the place of Fernie ski mountain are fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed being up early to watch the light come up on the mountains--different every day.We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Waking up to that amazing view every morning was incredible! The location was perfect. What a comfortable place to return to after our daily adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was immaculate. It was a smooth process to check in. Everything was just as advertised. The space was clean, modern, full stocked with all the amenities. Chris was an excellent host. This was a wonderful stay and our family will be back. We highly recommend this to those looking to enjoy the east kootenays!

Wow - beautiful place and unbeatable views!

This gem is newly built on the owners property and is stylish, cozy and has spectacular views of the mountains. We come to Fernie often and will definitely try to stay here going forward. Owners were incredibly friendly and responsive. You have everything you need to stay in or use as a base camp for adventures.

Great spot with a Acreage Feel

I love Fernie for a lot of reasons. Great Skiing and fishing being 2 of them. In either case you’re right on the river or 5 mins from a chairlift at this location.You’re also 5 mins from town but not in town which is really nice.Place is brand new will all new furniture and top end appliances. The host is super nice and helpful. I’ll 100% be back in the summer.
